I know many of you have tried vr before and experienced motion sickness or just don’t want something strapped to your head but I think it’s fair to assume that we’ll at least be using the meta verse sometimes. Just because it seems weird or foreign currently, doesn’t mean that we should dislike it. If you asked someone in 2019 if they’d ever work from home via a glorified face time system, just about everyone would’ve said no. Now of course situations were vastly different in 2020 and not everyone worked via zoom, but my point is that just because something is weird or foreign doesn’t mean that we won’t ever do it. The same situation applies to computers. When they first came out no one thought we’d be using them as much as we are in relation to work, but here we are. All I’m saying is that I think too many people are underestimating how much the metaverse will be used.
