If you had 1.4K to spend on stocks and options, how would you spend it ?

how would you diversify your portfolio on a list of blue chip stocks and options and what sectors would you buy into and your reason for doing it

looking to diversify my portfolio into relatively safe and proven stocks and would like to try my hand at options

I'm looking at KO, AMD, APPL,COST,SBUX,JNJ

I would appreciate a detailed insight and some recommendations
