I’m a High school student looking to pursue a career in stocks and possibly become a stock broker. What should I start focusing on?

My parents aren't that knowledgeable on the subject and I thought actually talking with others instead of looking at google would be more helpful. If anyone has any tips or other possible career options in similar fields I would be very thankful
