How does capital gains tax work for me?

I’m a minor so I have a custodial account. I bought 500 shares of a stock when it was at $1.52 a share and it went up to $2.27 a share. I bought less than a year ago so I assume it’ll be considered short term capital gain, but I’m not sure if the tax will be applied to me or the other account holder(who is over 18)? During registration we both had to input our SSN’s so I’m assuming I’ll be the one taxed? Kinda need help asap bc I think the stocks gonna drop this afternoon.
