What is typical price action on a stock leading up to, and directly after, post IPO lockout expires?

Generic question but I'm hoping to find some research on how stocks typically trend as they're approaching and progressing through a post IPO lockout. Logic would tell me it places tremendous downward pressure on the stock, but I'm curious how much of that is baked in by the time the lockout expires.
