Private/Public Breeze Airways

Ive been paying attention to them since they started up, and I'm in on some options for the long. It's been on a steady uptrend since the stock opened on the market, so I feel good about the future since it's young. (I use Robinhood just for the user friendliness while I'm learning, tried Webull but was overwhelmed with too much info.) So my question, Breeze has been out since Dec, 2022 on Robinhood and I'd assume other platforms, but when I look up if it's being traded all I see is that it's still a “private company” and is not available on the market for retail investors? However I've owned shares and options before my most recent, back in Nov, 2021. Granted there were very limited options available and basically worthless at the time, I still could purchase and did, expired. No problem. The best article I found was from March, 2022. I supposed I haven't had experience with “private stock trading” so, I guess I'm asking has Breeze gone public? Everything says private and not available for retail. If not, I always assumed you could not buy “private company” shares on a public market but it is currently listed. I'd go with what I see saying they are private but could anyone help clear this up for me in case I'm missing something obvious?

Little background for me: I'm somewhat of a noob to stocks, I started up during the GME since friends were talking about, someone did well I jumped on the wagon late, and was a waste of money but the experience was worth it. I dabbled in the crypto world but being stuck with the a whale-profit mentality. I was felt I was looking at stocks wrong. Now I focus on percentages rather than dollar amount, which really helped. Little wins over time, better than big risk. I took about a year off of investing to come to that realization. I've been putting in the time to understand the Greeks, RSI, etc. Still a work in progress but I've been doing relatively well with some low budget options to understand the patterns and get some wins. I was buying way out-of-the-money before because it was cheap but knowing what I know now I understand why I lost my money and what to look for to recognize the risk, aka keep things a little closer to the money, and it's been working. (In no ways am I trying to give advice, I'm just explaining my learning curve and observatios.)

Thanks to anyone who helps clear up Breeze Airways market status for me.
