So I hear all the time about a high PE ratio being bad. I’ve also recently been reading that Verizon is a terrible stock (Fidelity Score of 2.1 out of 10). Yet it’s PE is 9.35 and it has a 5.3% dividend.
What am I missing? Why is a company with a low PE, strong dividend, and good cash flow dropping and not a buy? No one believes they can grow?
