Should I sell my VTSAX holdings to take advantage of potential growth with AAPL, AMZN, GOOG?

I’m 25 and have most of my investments in a ROTH IRA through Vangaurd.

Because I’m young, I realize I have time on my side. Would it be beneficial to sell my VTSAX holdings and buy into Google, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft?
I figured if they are lower than the past two years, maybe I’ll see a higher return rate. Thoughts?
