So I am using this app that is much hated on Reddit for trading. I see that for some stocks options are being traded as far as July 2024 but a lot of options only have listings as far as Jan 2023 or even Nov 2022. Who decides the max future time range for options and why are there such wild variations?
Also who decides the days on which options can be traded on? I see that not all days are listed in the options page
