All right so it's saturday night, I'm home alone so I thought I would try to make some friends online who are not spending their money on alcohol and want instead to make money.
I want share some thoughts, I am not the smartest in the room, please troll me if I say something really dumb…. I am very curious to get your thoughts on that.
1) First: you probably already own some shares – even if you don't know
Well the first reason is pretty obvious, it's literally the most famous stock in the world. Why? Because it is the company with the highest market capitalisation that ever existed.
It is the number one stock in the SP500, any idiot who doesn't know what his pension is doing with his retirement is basically loading up on Apple, without knowing it.
Most likely, everyone who is reading this right now already own Apple Shares.
2) Second: the big guys own it
You know this thing we say? Diversify your portfolio? Don't put all your eggs in the same basket? Yeah Yeah I know well then please tell me why Warren Buffet's portfolio has…. 50% of all the money… in 1 stock. Apple.
Someone explain this I don't get it, it's like super counterintuitive, all you have to do to beat the market is basically own the biggest whale in the SP500?
3) Apple has more cash than all EU countries together
If the King wanted to sell his land Apple would be able to buy the UK.
Apple has $30,820 Billions in Cash
As an estimate, if you wanted to buy Paris, you would need $956 Billion
Buying All England Costs $8,000 Billions
