10 year note minus 3 m T-Bills Yield difference, what I am missing

I just noticed Fred database gives -1.61 (10 year note minus 3 m T-Bills Yield difference). I checked CNBC 10y3m, it is the same as FRED -1.61 today.

While Yahoo finance gives 10 year note yield at 3.59% and 3-month yield at 4.92%

The actual difference (using Yahoo finance) at -1.33 which is not tallying FRED database.

I checked TD Ameritrade also, it is in line with yahoo finance.

Which one is correct?
